Why we do not quote prices via email.

From many years of experience in this business, we at Rising Sun Imports have determined that the most efficient way of ordering for all concerned, is to make direct contact with one of our knowledgeable and experienced dealerships. There is no substitute for a person to person telephone conversation with someone who is familiar with the products shown on this web site.

For these common sense reasons, we elected NOT to include an on-line order form and we do not quote prices via email. When ordering on-line without the assistance of experienced personnel, the consumer may inadvertently place an incorrect order request which may result in delays, frustration, and the inconvenience of returning merchandise. We believe the best way of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction is to speak directly to a dealer or representative experienced in the products shown on this web site.

Yes, other companies sell directly on-line, and we know this. We also know from experience that when customers speak directly to a knowledgeable person about a product, there is a reassuring feeling, and a inter-personal satisfaction that no automated system can reproduce.

All issues concerning size, side left or right, front or rear, model year, color, availability, and the shipping and payment details can be discussed in a matter of minutes.

NOTE: Sale of spare parts outside the USA. - As an importer/distributor we have international non-compete agreements with GASGAS distributors worldwide. (This is common business practice in any industry) For this simple reason, we do not sell outside the USA 50 states. If you are not a USA resident, please contact your dealer or the distributor in your respective country. If you have no satisfaction with this method, you may wish to contact one of our dealers to see if they will export spares directly to you. See links below.
