TRIAL AUXILIARY FUEL TANK 1.1 LITER
HI-8065 1-liter auxiliary fuel tank for trials bikes.
The auxiliary fuel tank attaches to the front suspension on most trials machines. Perfect for the mountain trials rider. Increase your fuel range as much as 50% with this handy well made accessory. Features easy to remove reusable tie straps. Mounts, and removes in seconds. Included with the tank are all necessary parts for a painless installation. You may choose from the unique automatic siphoning system which draws fuel into the main tank via the hose attached to the vent nipple on the main tank . Or simply use the tank for holding extra fuel and remove it via the reusable tie straps, and pour the fuel into the main tank. Instructions included.
UNIQUE FEATURE: The flat front doubles as a number plate for those using the Trial machine in competition.

Remanufactured "exchange" cylinder and piston kit.
For all GASGAS trial and Pampera models 1990 to present. *
Kit includes: Re-plated cylinder, new genuine GASGAS piston, piston rings, piston pin, clips, necessary gaskets and seals. Piston pin bearing sold separately.
About the re-plate process: Using a stripped and cleaned aluminum cylinder core, the same nikasil (Nickel Silicon Carbide) plating process as used by the GASGAS factory is applied by a world renowned USA company. The cylinder is then honed and matched to the supplied piston. With this method, the clearances are at absolute factory recommended specifications. For these reasons, we believe a re-plated matched piston and cylinder set is as good or better than new.
Turn around time: In most cases, our USA warehouse has these kits in stock. We typically ship the same day or very next business day after the core cylinder arrives. Overnight service is available at additional charge.
* A reusable matching GASGAS "core" cylinder of the exact year and model being purchased must be supplied in advance. Not suitable for return are cylinders from other brands of motorcycles, other engine sizes, or with damage including internal cracks, broken casting or stripped threads. Without a pre-returned core, a non-refundable core charge applies. (TXT 280 kit shown. Kit contents may vary depending upon application.)

TAPERED TRIAL HANDLEBARS
Hebo Taper handlebars are very popular, giving a much more 'roomy' feeling while riding, and giving a less stiff feeling at the bars. Incredible strength, same bend as the standard bar. The accessory bar clamps are required to mount these bars. Available in silver. Diameter at the clamp base is 28.5 mm (1.12 inches)

With this product, the bottom center surface of the handlebar will be 9mm above the triple tree.

Special exclusive feature: Typical bar end plugs fit either the 12mm or 14mm interior diameter handlebar, and come only in the natural aluminum color. Typically, one must take apart the handgrip and determine the interior diameter of the handlebar in question before ordering. As there is only a small difference in the interior diameters of the various brands of aluminum trial handlebars, this can be a time consuming inconvenience. HEBO has solved this dilemma, eliminated the possibility of error, and also included the Allen tool to assure a trouble free installation. THIS IS A COMPLETE SET OF TWO BAR END CAPS (PLUGS)
DESCRIPTION: The left hand cap is a normal type. (The same type as used in the the set above. Part number HR2250201) The throttle side cap assembly has a bearing built into the housing. Please take the time to open the file at lower left that shows the procedure for installation of this product.
SPECIAL FEATURE NOTE: In addition to smooth throttle operation, with this item, it is almost impossible for dirt and mud to enter the throttle tube. The bearing and sleeve on the end of the handlebar, effectively seals this area.
End that mud encrusted sticky throttle syndrome forever.

Hebo Trials Pro footpegs were developed by Jordi Tarres and the GASGAS world championship trials team. They are standard equipment on Gas Gas Trials and Pampera machines since 1999. Specifically designed for the rigors of Trials competition.
Special features: Made of a special stainless steel metal alloy using the microfusion process. Will not rust or corrode. Mud passes directly through the footpeg to eliminate clogging. This material is incredibly strong, yet malleable to prevent breakage.
Notes: Direct bolt-on fit to all GASGAS Trial motorcycles from 1992 to present, all Pampera models, and most modern trials machines. The kit comes complete with everything necessary to mount them on your machine. Included are nuts, bolts, bushings, and springs. (If you damage one of these footpegs, we stock individual replacements, and all related hardware.)
